STUDIO – CITIZENS

What started as a conversation over a bottle of wine on a casual sunny day is now a full-fledged, award-winning Interior Design and Project Management firm in Myanmar.

Since its conception in 2014, Citizens I.D has grown to 50 staff strong and has built a varied portfolio of over 200 turnkey projects spanning 250,000 SQM with some of the most internationally recognized Clients and Brands in the world.

In 2017, after designing a multitude of spaces for various Clients, Citizens I.D branched out to add Real Estate Development under the name of ‘Citizens Development’. This provided us with the platform to visualize, design as well as build in spaces and land of our own.

Today, Citizens I.D and Citizens Development continues to work hand in hand with our multidisciplinary teams which has allowed us to diversify into luxury hospitality, mixed-use offices, residential projects as well as furniture and product design.

The approved Design Direction is then translated into construction documentation and detailed furniture joinery plans for our Site Team and our factories overseas.

Whereby our talented Project Management team takes on the challenge of bringing the Design Concept to life whilst making sure our standards of quality and workmanship are maintained to deliver a lasting space for years to come.

Through varying means of hand drawn sketches, 3Ds, multimedia aids and material selection, we ensure the ideas of the Client brief and Design Direction work harmoniously.
